Gary Hockey-Morley, Post Office

Gary has over 25 years marketing and strategic development experience of which the last 12 years have been in challenging Board level roles. He has extensive experience in brand development, marketing communications, product development, customer experience improvement and commercial management arising from a variety of marketing and general management leadership roles. Gary has worked with Unilever, London Electricity, Santander/Abbey National and was most recently the Marketing Director of the Post Office. At the Post Office Gary led the drive to reposition the Post Office as the "People's Post Office" during a period of unprecedented change and drove the translation of this vision into communications, digital marketing, product development and customer experience guidelines. He also had overall responsibility for the commercial management of the product range.
