Andrew Rayner, Nando's

Andrew has been Marketing Director at Nando’s since 2008 and has been part of the team responsible for the rapid growth of the brand across the UK and Ireland.  He leads the marketing strategy for the business and his responsibilities include the development of the brand’s significant earned channels and their integration with paid and owned activity.  He also manages the CRM strategy, including Nando’s Card, together with customer facing digital and touchpoint innovation.
Prior to joining Nando’s, he led the Marketing at TUI UK, managing a portfolio spanning the Thomson tour operator, airline and retail estate.  Andrew has an MBA, and a BA in Film and Literature – both from the University of Warwick.

He lives in North London with his wife, son and a labradoodle.
